The PositionWe are opening a new clinic in Richland, WA and are looking for a skilled professional to work independently and provide excellent care for our patients in Employee Health services.
The ideal candidate will have a love of the practice of medicine, critical thinking skills, acute diagnostic abilities, and a willingness to learn our unique system of practice.
This position is perfect for someone with a family practice, emergency room, or urgent care background, and offers a manageable workload, no insurance code requirements, and no weekend or on-call expectations.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow, thrive, and make a genuine impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Perform CDL exams
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
- Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER (preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team oriented
- WA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (Required)
- BLS/ ACLS Certification (Required)
