Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Care Team at the Richland Primary Care site. As an LPN, you will work under the direct supervision of an authorized healthcare practitioner, administering medications, performing treatments, and procedures without the presence of a registered nurse or other authorized healthcare practitioner on the premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
  • Assist physicians and healthcare providers with examinations, treatments, and procedures
  • Communicate with patients and external providers regarding test results, medical records, and patient care
  • Maintain departmental supplies and inventory
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness in assigned areas
  • Administer medications, injections, and blood draws as directed by physicians or providers
  • Perform and assist with aseptic and sterile procedures
  • Perform diagnostic testing within scope of practice
  • Handle and transport biohazardous materials
  • Maintain medication logs and inventory
  • Participate in quality assessment techniques
  • Adhere to safety practices and OSHA guidelines
Schedule and Location

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, at the Richland Primary Care site, 829 Goethals Dr, Richland, WA 99352.

Requirements
  • Minimum one year of work experience, preferred
  • Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse certification, required
  • Current and maintained AHA BLS certification, required
  • Proficient in English and another language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or other) preferred
