About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Academic Summer Camp Coordinators. As a Summer Camp Coordinator, you will be responsible for teaching and leading week-long summer camps to students ages 5-14 in various subjects including science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students based on their interests and skill levels.
  • Lead age-appropriate activities and projects that promote hands-on learning and exploration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians through regular communication and updates.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, child development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Estimated Salary Range: $25-$35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
