About the Role

Von & Bick Healthcare Associates is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or caregiver to provide nursing care to patients in the Flowery Branch area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care, including hygiene and daily living assistance, such as toileting, bathing, and assisting with meals.
  • Support patients with ambulation, turning, and positioning as required.
  • Check vital signs and weight, perform sugar and acetone urine testing, and administer non-sterile dressings and other treatments as needed.
  • Maintain specialized training and perform additional tasks pertinent to the assigned patient or area.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent (CNA).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous hospital experience with acceptable references preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds at times.
  • Reliable transportation for home visits.
