Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes
  • Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient condition
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform various medical procedures, including inserting and maintaining peripheral lines
  • Conduct phlebotomy and bedside testing
  • Initiate patient education and discharge planning
  • Display professionalism and excellent customer service during interactions with patients and their families/caregivers
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years current experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room
  • Unrestricted registered nurse license from any state (United States)
  • Preferred to have Certification of Emergency Nursing (CEN) through the Board of Certifications for Emergency Nurses (BCEN)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
