  • Ensure readiness of residential accommodations for both residents and guests.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of living spaces to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address needs.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Oversee the servicing of linens and other guest supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and program coordinators.
  • Provide additional logistical and administrative support to the team.
  • Organize and manage logistics for isolation and quarantine housing as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

This role requires handling sensitive information in compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations. The position also entails being a Campus Security Authority and a Responsible Employee, necessitating training and adherence to reporting protocols.

Work Schedule: Flexibility is essential, as this position involves evening and weekend hours to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum: A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred: Two or more years of experience in hospitality or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Physical ability to navigate stairs and lift up to 25 pounds.
