Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Cashier to join our team in the mornings. As a Seasonal Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas
  • Assist with merchandise recovery, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining store fixtures
  • Support shrink and safety programs, including monitoring store inventory and reporting any discrepancies
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, cash handling, and store safety
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
