A Team Member's responsibility is to serve our guests faithfully through their duties and responsibilities in the Front of the House as well as the Back of the House.

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, kitchen associate, restaurant crew member, team member, or other part-time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Role Summary for Front of the House and Back of the House Positions:

Front of the House:

Supporting our Front of House areas by working as a Cashier, Dining Room Hospitality attendant, managing Dining Room Cleanliness, assisting in Meal Delivery, Expediting orders as well as working in Drive-Thru Operations.

General Responsibilities:

-Understand all tenets of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE) and -Creating Emotional Connections (EC).
-Deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation expectations.
-Execute FIFO (First In, First Out) model is being followed.
-Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level.
-Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery.
-Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift.
-Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster.
-Proactively pursue the certification process and look for opportunities to be cross-trained.
-Be responsible to fill your shift if you are not able work.
-Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Handbook
-Be a team player
-Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business

Requirements:

-Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, including Saturdays.

-Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.

-Applicants will be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.

-Team Members will be expected to work outdoors in Drive-Thru positions during all 4 seasons.

Back of the House:

Our Kitchen Team Member / BOH Crew Members work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality assurance and food safety procedures. Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member, or other BOH part-time restaurant jobs is not required but preferred.
