We are a leading search firm, GPAC, specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. We are currently seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert case support and analysis.
  • Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys to deliver exceptional service.
  • Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses, as well as conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
  • Oversee junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.
  • Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents, and assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions.
  • Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses, and participate in court hearings and mediations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar.
  • Two or more years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong research and writing skills, as well as effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.
  • Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail, and strong communication and time management skills.
