Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and modify legal pleadings and motions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case preparation.
  • Manage depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
  • Attend various hearings, including motions hearings and trials.
  • Organize and manage case files effectively.
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys and associates to develop effective litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 1 to 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
