Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and edit legal pleadings and motions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case preparation
  • Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses
  • Attend hearings including motions hearings, trials
  • Manage case files
  • Collaborate with seasoned attorneys, associate attorneys for effective litigation strategies

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • 1 to 5+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Work independently and as part of a team
