POSITION SUMMARY:

WR Systems is seeking a skilled Electromagnetic Systems Engineer to evaluate and enhance sensor and antenna performance, providing insights and designing optimal configurations.

Key responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform comprehensive Radio Frequency (RF) cascade evaluations and propose enhancements or designs.
  • Execute digital assessments of Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum configurations to validate effectiveness.
  • Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) assessments utilizing Matlab, incorporating communications and signal processing toolkits or comparable RF analysis software.
Applicants should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering.
  • Up to six (6) years of experience in installation testing and analysis across various naval facilities.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of full-time professional experience in the design, development, production, and/or testing of electronic, electro-mechanical, and/or hydro-electronic systems.


The selected individual will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment third-party background investigation, which may include verification of any of the following: Employment history; Education and/or certifications; Criminal history; Driving Records; Other records or information pertinent to the candidate's suitability for the role.
