Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Star City Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and maintaining accurate healthcare records. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medication and injections, and providing emergency medical care when necessary.
  • Observe and monitor residents' health and assess their needs to provide quality care.
  • Maintain complete healthcare records and reports.
  • Facilitate the completion of baseline and periodic assessments of individualized care needs.
  • Perform routine procedures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current state license.
  • Current/active CPR certification.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift fifty (50) or more pounds.
  • Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.
