About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Office Manager to lead our front office team at Carolina Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless patient flow, and promoting excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, including supervising staff members and managing resources
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Collaborate with providers and staff members to ensure efficient and effective care coordination
  • Manage budgets and finances, including forecasting revenue and expenses
  • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives, including evaluating and improving processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in an administrative or management role
  • Proven track record of leadership and success in driving change and improving outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
