About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance Leader to join our team at Watts Applied Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance programs across the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of programs to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance activities, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job functions effectively.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance with EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance standards.
  • Drive a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Environmental Health and Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS, Facilities, and Maintenance programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as required.
