We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Northern Manor Multicare Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Observation and Reporting: Observe residents' health and report any issues to the supervising nurse.
- Personal Care: Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and other essential tasks.
- Meal Preparation and Service: Set up meal trays, document food and fluid intake, and serve nutritional supplements to residents.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain residents' spaces, making beds, and keeping areas clean and tidy.
- Transportation: Safely transport residents within the facility.
- Prevention of Bedsores: Regularly turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team member.
- CNA Certification: Possess a current CNA state certification and have completed a CNA program.
- Good Standing: Be in good standing with the state registry.
