Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Analyst to join our team at the University of Kentucky. As a key member of our Performance Services department, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
