  • Assist in training, scheduling, and managing a competent stock crew to meet productivity targets.
  • Ensure proper stocking of products in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate shelf allocations and ensure only saleable merchandise is displayed.
  • Adhere to guidelines for ordering, receiving, and displaying merchandise.
  • Utilize company tools effectively, including inventory management systems.
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both associates and customers.
  • Report any incidents or unsafe conditions promptly to management.
  • Wear the designated company uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Complete required training programs and courses as directed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to analyze technical information and resolve issues effectively.
  • Must meet age requirements for specific job functions.
  • Physical capability to fulfill job requirements, with or without accommodations.
Physical Demands:

  • Proficient in using computers and communication systems necessary for job performance.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to push or pull weights of up to 2000 lbs. using a pallet jack.
  • Stand for extended periods and walk short distances as needed.
  • Handle various substances related to cleaning and product handling.
  • Frequent handling of currency and operation of equipment such as cash registers and scanners.
  • Meet established performance standards for the role.
  • Tolerate varying temperatures in the work environment.
  • Possess sufficient visual acuity to verify identification and documentation.
