Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at BrightStar Care of Central DuPage-Wheaton. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Care Coverage: Coordinate with staff to ensure proper scheduling and coverage of client care needs, minimizing non-billed overtime and ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
  • Billing and Coding Management: Manage and process client billing and coding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Client Intake and Onboarding: Assist with the intake of new clients, providing information about our services and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise, educate, and coach staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to our clients.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that all clinical records are maintained in compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and that all staff members are aware of and adhere to our agency's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Care Manager or in a similar role, with knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
