Job Overview

Arm is seeking an experienced technical lead to support specific design functions. As a key member of our team, you will lead technical operations, define design infrastructure, process, and policy to achieve maximum operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Drive product definition process during Product Concept phase of the program.
  • Work with collaborators from LOB, SE Technology Development, CE, System Architecture, SE Design Engineering, system power & performance, and SW to develop technology solutions.
  • Manage Architecture changes process throughout the product development leading to production tapeout.
  • Operationally drive Arch bug burndown to meet milestone exit requirements.
  • Setup a robust JIRA instance that can support portfolio of SOCs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and above degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering with a strong computer architecture and data analytics background.
  • Technically strong in SOC design concepts, including chassis elements such as clock / power / limits management, debug, profiling, security & access control, RAS, fault-monitoring & aggregation.
  • Proven track record of managing large complex SOC product definition with teams internally and partners.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experienced in managing SOC power and performance simulations under various configurations at different phases of the SOC development.
