Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Set specific objectives and targets
  • Create and distribute engaging content daily, including text, images, videos, and news
  • Track SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Ensure brand consistency in collaboration with other departments
  • Oversee social media account designs and collaborate with the Graphic Design Department
  • Propose and execute initiatives to boost brand visibility
  • Stay informed about social media trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with the team using the Asana platform for task management
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and participate in regular meetings
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and support their integration within the organization
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Social Media Manager

Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in content management
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities
  • Capability to produce creative content across diverse mediums
  • Proficient in SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Willingness to volunteer 10-15 hours per week
