Job Description

Document Pros LLC is seeking a skilled Document Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scanning, printing, and binding documents for our clients. We utilize Cloudnine LAW software to complete most of our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. We offer a 90-day probation period, a competitive hourly rate of $18, and up to 6 PTO days per year. After a successful 90-day review, you will be eligible for increased pay, a medical insurance stipend, and opportunities for advancement. This is a full-time position with 35-40 hours per week. Responsibilities

  • Scanning and printing documents
  • Binding and organizing documents
  • Utilizing Cloudnine LAW software
  • Communicating with clients and team members
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Cloudnine LAW software (training provided)
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes of documents
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
