About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitor/Custodian to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our residential property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks, and alleyways of the property are kept clean and safe.
  • Perform custodial and maintenance duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, general maintenance of appliances and plumbing, and assisting with painting as needed.
  • Clean all common areas, model units, elevators, mailbox areas, parking areas, and vacant apartments.
  • Maintain grounds, including lawn care, snow removal, and litter clean-up.
  • Attend staff meetings and resident meetings as required.
  • Assist with miscellaneous social program activities, such as set-up, pick-ups, and clean-ups.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of plumbing maintenance and ability to turn on and off power, water, and gas, and utilize a fire extinguisher.
  • Bi-lingual (ability to speak English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Ability to lift/move 51lbs unassisted, climb stairs, bend/stoop/squat/kneel, and grasp/grip/turn.
