Job Title: Renewables Real Estate Attorney - Energy Storage

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewables Real Estate Attorney - Energy Storage to join our team at ThinkBAC Consulting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, land title issues, and project development permitting processes.

Responsibilities:

* Acts as a subject matter expert in lease negotiations, land options, purchase agreements, easements, and site control agreements for utility-scale renewable projects
* Drafts, modifies, and negotiates all legal land agreements for utility-scale renewable projects
* Takes ownership of supporting the Real Estate team with high-level title, survey, and mineral due diligence processes
* Is accountable for the financial closing of renewable land development purchase and lease transactions
* May coordinate with external and internal stakeholders involved in the land acquisition process

Requirements:

* 3+ years of legal experience dealing with large infrastructure land development real estate transactions
* Solid experience with land title issues, land mineral rights, and project development permitting processes
* Proven experience drafting and reviewing real estate documents
* Strong background in land negotiations and commercial real estate transactions
* Expertise in site lease, purchase options, land permitting, purchase agreements, and site control initiatives
* Well-versed in real estate-related financial closing and intricate M&A transactions
