- In the first year, participants will be assigned to one of our PCC facilities to learn the essentials of Manufacturing Accounting and Finance, including but not limited to: general accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic enhancements
- In the second year, participants will transition to another PCC location, taking on a strategic role that involves capital acquisitions, financial planning, budgeting, Internal Audit/SOX, and system implementations
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, with a preference for Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 12 credit hours in accounting
- Previous co-op or internship experience
- Involvement in clubs, organizations, or activities in a leadership role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated interest in management and leadership positions
- Must be a U.S. Person*
- Willingness to relocate (program roles are available in various locations across the U.S.)

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $62,400 USD, based on various factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off annually, along with 10 paid holidays. Eligible employees and their families can participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans. Additionally, employees can enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires access to information or production processes subject to national security regulations under U.S. export control laws. To qualify for this role, applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by these regulations and must provide evidence of that qualification prior to employment.
