Position Overview:

The Glee Club Program Manager is accountable to the Associate Professor of Music and serves as the primary liaison for the Glee Club. This role encompasses a variety of administrative duties related to both on-campus and off-campus performances and events.

Work Schedule: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for performance inquiries
  • Organize tour schedules and manage venue bookings
  • Coordinate travel logistics and handle expense documentation
  • Facilitate student recruitment, auditions, and alumni relations
  • Assist in event preparation and manage audiovisual setups
  • Oversee financial paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Prepare for the upcoming centennial celebration of the Glee Club
Essential Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree coupled with three years of experience in arts management or professional music. Proficient vocal music skills, including improvisation and sight-reading capabilities.
