Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Banner Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and assessment data.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
