About the Role

Banner Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective communication, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
