**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the daily activities of residential clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Enter accurate and timely information into our electronic health record system.
  • Monitor and observe the daily routines of residential clients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teach daily living skills and effective problem-solving techniques to clients, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Prepare lab reports for medical review, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Record vital health signs in the electronic health records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Keep track of medication refill schedules, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned, supporting the overall mission and goals of Tri County Human Services.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
  • Ability to clear a Level 2 background check.

**Shift Availability:**

  • 1st shift (7:00 am to 3:00 pm).
  • 2nd shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm) - with shift differential pay.
  • 3rd shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am) - with shift differential pay.
