General Surgery Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled General Surgeon to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of surgical procedures, including laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernias, colon cancer, breast cancer, appendix, skin lesions, ablation varicose veins, pilonidal cyst, and hemorrhoids. The ideal candidate will have experience with robot-assisted surgery and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Work Environment
The hospital is a 265-bed facility with a 16-bassinet nursery and an 8-bed residential hospice. The medical staff consists of over 350 primary care and specialty physicians, providing a full range of medical and surgical care. The community is family-oriented and offers easy access to Pittsburgh, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of a general surgery residency program
- Board certification in general surgery
- Experience with robot-assisted surgery
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
