We are seeking a skilled Sonographer to join our team at Washington Health System. As a key member of our Ultrasound department, you will assist professional staff in preparing, performing, and scanning patient sonograms, while maintaining established medical and Cardiology protocols.
Responsibilities- Prepare and perform sonograms for patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with professional staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
- Meet and maintain certification requirements, including ARDMS or ARRT certification in Sonography.
- Work variable shifts, including rotating Saturdays and on-call rotations, with a minimum of 8-16 hours per week.
- Registered or Registry eligible by the American Society of Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Certification in Sonography, with the ability to obtain ARDMS certification or ARRT certification within 24 months of graduation.
