Job Description
The primary responsibilities of this position include caring for and monitoring patients before, during, and post dialysis treatment. This involves preparing the dialysis machine and its components, transporting patients, recording vital signs, and explaining the procedure to alleviate anxieties.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, with minimum 3 months of dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA/PCA experience preferred. CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire, and you must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved national certification requirements within the CMS timeline.

Physical Job Requirements
