LOCATION: ST. LOUIS, MO

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States and travel freely.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment without restrictions.
  • Personal tools must be provided by the candidate.
  • Successful completion of a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening.
  • TSA-required fingerprinting for Criminal History Records Check.
  • Willingness to work any shift as needed.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs, ladders, and working on platforms.
  • Able to kneel, bend, and sit as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hands-On Experience:
    • Engage in the aviation sector by assisting certified aircraft mechanics with the inspection, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft engines, auxiliary power units, landing gear, flight controls, avionics, and other airframe components.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Acquire essential knowledge and skills through a structured apprenticeship program, aimed at preparing you for the FAA examinations necessary for obtaining an Airframe & Powerplant license.
  • Mentorship:
    • Work closely under the guidance of experienced Licensed Airframe & Powerplant Technicians who will mentor you throughout the process, ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and standards.
  • Varied Duties:
    • Participate in a diverse range of tasks tailored to your experience level, ensuring a well-rounded learning journey.
