Nondestructive Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nondestructive Testing Specialist to join our team at Acuren Inspection, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting nondestructive testing (NDT) inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of critical assets.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Conduct NDT inspections using various methods, including ultrasonic testing, radiography, and visual inspection
- Establish and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
- Apply testing criteria and evaluate results to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Interpret test results and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Organize and report test results in a clear and concise manner
- Perform specialized inspections and provide technical support as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Level II Guided Wave UT, AUT, or PUAT certification required
- Additional UT certifications (UTSW, PAUT, ToFD) preferred
- Must be able to be certified to ASNT TC-1A standards and complete Acuren NDT certification testing requirements
- Experience with GUL Wavemaker equipment and WavePro Software preferred
- Minimum of Current Level 2: XB Certification from GUL required
