Position Overview:
The Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Regulatory Investigations Supervisor. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of nursing practices and the safety of the public through effective regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Regulatory Investigations Supervisor, you will:
  • Lead and mentor the investigations team, ensuring that all complaint investigations are conducted thoroughly and professionally.
  • Oversee the management of investigation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
  • Facilitate the preparation and coordination of disciplinary hearings, including negotiations with licensees and their representatives.
  • Manage the collection of penalties and enforcement actions related to licensure issues.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other regulatory agencies to enhance investigative efficiency.

Personnel Management:
In this role, you will also:
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of investigative staff.
