About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at La Quinta Inn & Suites, Mesa West. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing their information, and providing top-notch service to ensure a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage guest account information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records
  • Welcome, register, and check-in guests, providing keys and room assignments as needed
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready and meet expectations

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of handling stressful situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role
