  • Process payments and deposits, and run reports to ensure office efficiency.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to address inquiries and communicate effectively.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts, and solve problems promptly.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including answering phones, resident interaction, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
