Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Performing data entry tasks such as processing new sales, managing daily production, handling payments, and organizing incoming estimates.
  • Managing accounts receivable and overseeing debt collection processes.
  • Conducting audits on incoming sales and processing statements.
  • Returning customer voicemails promptly.

Candidate Profile:

Work Schedule:
This position requires availability for seasonal overtime and half days on weekends during peak periods.
