Job SummaryThe RN Clinician - Anticoagulation and Medication Refill Specialist is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for collaborating with patients and healthcare providers to enhance high-quality care. This role involves performing various functions with a high level of knowledge, experience, training, and scope of practice to support our patients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage anticoagulation panels and medication refill processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support RN Clinicians with provider panels, ensuring timely patient communication and result management.
- Participate in staff meetings, educational in-services, and other educational opportunities to stay current with clinical practices, policies, and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure effective patient care and provider relationships.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
- Valid MN RN Licensure and BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
- Prior experience in clinic settings, anticoagulation management, medication refill processes, and patient care needs is preferred.
