Recruiting Sourcer

Cherokee Federal is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Sourcer to join our team. As a Recruiting Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates to support the recruitment process.

• Cultivate talent and develop resources needed for organizational success
• Develop and communicate a strategic plan for building recruiting campaigns
• Source and refer active and passive qualified candidates to recruiters for consideration
• Utilize hiring and sourcing statistics to continually improve and make informed decisions
• Develop extensive pools of highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill current and future needs

• 6-8 years of recruiting experience from entry level through highly skilled and management level positions
• Experience using creative sourcing methods including Internet sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, referral management, and passive candidate outreach techniques
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of electronic applicant systems and Internet recruiting sources
• Knowledge of human resources evaluation methods, policies, practices, and procedures, including EEO, ADA, and AAP/OFCCP compliance
