About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home and Community program in Harrisburg, PA and Lancaster, PA areas. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients who have experienced brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA to help them regain functional capabilities in their natural home and community environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  • Perform discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
