Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide education and training to clients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Document client progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
