As a Field Technical Support Representative at Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the rollout, configuration, and deployment of these devices in a deployment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the deployment of Android tablets, Android phones, and mobile Zebra printers
• Coordinate with client staff to unbox and configure devices
• Perform configuration tasks such as inserting SIM cards, enabling mobile data, connecting to Wi-Fi, setting screen PINs, setting date and time, updating operating systems, and enrolling devices in Campbell's MDM
• Coordinate with client staff to box and ship configured devices
• Receive returned tablets and phones and coordinate with the client to receive them
• Open incidents for DXC to wipe devices and coordinate with the client to hand off wiped devices for repair evaluation
Requirements:
