Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at The Phoenix at Tucker. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and production sheets
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food production, temperatures, and inventory
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to plan and implement menus and special dietary needs
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
  • One year of job-related experience in food preparation and full-line menu items
  • Current SERV Safe certificate or ability to participate in food services sanitation training
