Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team at The Phoenix at Tucker. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including full-line menu items and therapeutic diets
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
  • Monitor and record food temperatures, inventory, and production quantities
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to plan and implement menus and special events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
  • One year of job-related experience in food preparation and service
  • Current SERV Safe certification or ability to obtain within six months
