**Job Overview**

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our QA team in Charlotte. This is a unique opportunity to work on our in-house warehouse design and simulation tool, requiring full-cycle testing and collaboration with developers.

This role involves validating complex systems, creating test strategies, and working with development teams to ensure software quality. If you have 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, strong leadership skills, and expertise in Test Framework design, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the QA team in validating a complex, distributed, multi-threaded, multiprocessor system end-to-end, ensuring quality in mission-critical product releases.
  • Create and execute test strategies for new product features and regression testing of existing features.
  • Collaborate with development teams to develop test plans, test suites, and test cases, ensuring thorough verification and validation.
  • Manage defect tracking and verify defects through the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Selenium.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on test strategy and automation.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to guide QA team members.
  • Expertise in Test Framework design, C#, and Selenium.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing web-based applications, databases, and APIs.
  • Defect tracking and test case management experience using Jira and TestRail.

**Compensation:** We offer a competitive salary estimate of $125,000 - $170,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
