KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are essential functions, along with any additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the employer. Specific tasks will be delegated by the building principal or another administrator. Provide tutoring for individual students and small groups as directed by the classroom teacher. Support student activities in designated learning centers. Engage in reading sessions with children and assist them in their reading endeavors. Aid in the preparation of audiovisual, media, and technological resources for instructional purposes. Supervise students both inside and outside the classroom environment. Assist the classroom educator with clerical tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality regarding student information at all times. Oversee students during indoor and outdoor activities, including playground and cafeteria supervision. Complete other assignments as directed by the building principal.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

The qualifications listed below represent the minimum education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.

A high school diploma and one of the following:
A commitment to complete 10 modules in the online training platform for Paraeducators within 2 months of employment (training resources provided at no cost).
