Job Title: Packing Specialist

Ursitti Enterprises LLC is seeking a skilled Packing Specialist to join our team at our Portage facility.

Job Summary:

The Packing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products during the packaging process. This includes inspecting finished products, performing in-process checks, and documenting findings in batch records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized cGMP area
  • Follow all required SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures
  • Document all required information to ensure compliance
  • Perform in-process checks efficiently and accurately
  • Support packaging operators during batch opening and closing
  • Place finished products into cartons and seal
  • Support engineering studies and weekly/monthly cleans
  • Follow all DEA requirements to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree desired for future opportunities
  • Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 24/7 operation
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
