Position Overview

The State of Vermont's Enterprise Project Management Office is in search of a skilled IT Project Manager to enhance the EPMO5 team. This team is dedicated to facilitating the implementation of IT modernization initiatives across various state agencies.

  • Department of Liquor and Lottery

Background Check Requirement:
To fulfill the responsibilities associated with the Department of Public Safety, candidates must complete a Criminal History Conviction Declaration. It is important to note that the disclosure of a criminal conviction does not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Due to the sensitive nature of the information handled, the selected individual will be required to undergo a fingerprint-supported background check through the Vermont Crime Information Center, ensuring compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security policy. Additionally, certain projects may necessitate the completion of applicable CJIS training.

Work Environment:
The position is primarily office-based, although some travel may be necessary, and candidates should have access to private transportation. Flexibility in working hours may also be required.
