Mental Health Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities• Provide direct care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
• Facilitate adult life classes and other recreational activities to promote resident engagement and well-being
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident interactions, incidents, and observations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or certification in a related field also considered
• Prior experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorder or lived experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications.
